A GOOD DIY PERSON such as a general maintainance engineer, home car mechanic, handyman etc should be able to follow our 'How To Assemble' instructions which have been successfully tried and tested on a 17 year old car mechanic apprentice who had no experience in the sewing machine trade. It's as easy as buying furniture flat packed and building it up yourself.
Build up in three easy stages: - See picture
1. Bolt the stand together and screw on the table top & fittings.
2. Bolt the motor to the table top (holes pre-drilled), the cable and
switch is connected.
3. Fit the machine into the table top recess.

Question:- Can I operate the machine at home to do outwork, craftwork etc?
Answer:- Yes. The machine has a British Standard 13amp plug fitted and you can
plug it into any house 13amp socket. (European customers remove this plug and fit
Euro 2 pin plug with earth). Please note: - This is an industrial sewing machine
and is designed and manufactured for the professional and commercial use in industry.
THIS IS NOT A DOMESTIC HOUSEHOLD SEWING MACHINE!
Question:- Can we deliver the machine 'built up'?
Answer:- No. We use International Couriers who cannot
guarantee (safe transit) because of the size and weight when
'built up' unless it is packed in a wooden container for safety.
This would be too expensive.
Question:- What happens if I have difficulty building the machine up?
Answer:- Telephone our helpline or bring it back we will do it for you or contact your local Industrial sewing machine specialist for help. You will find him in Yellow Pages. He will charge you for his service BUT YOU WILL STILL HAVE SAVED £££'S off Dealers

Question:- What if I want the machine serviced or guarantee work done?
Answer:- Return the faulty item back to us. We will repair the item FREE OF CHARGE under the terms of our guarantee. Servicing will be charged at trade price. Transport costs paid by yourselves. Alternatively contact your local specialist. He will charge you for his labour. Parts required under the terms of our guarantee will be sent to him FREE OF CHARGE. |
