       The principal of the machine is that the 15 needles are threaded with

       15 different colours and the computer is programmed to select which

       colour/needle to use.  When finished embroidering with one colour the

       computer moves onto select the next colour after trimming the thread.  

       This operation is quick, embroiders upto 1000 stitches per minute and

       makes the machine ideal for Business, Schools & Colleges and Craftworkers.

Hi,

You should rename this machine to, WOW, it's so easy to use, the stitch quality is wonderful and the ability to do all those large designs, fantastic. Now for the downside, only 24 hours in a day, it can't make a cup of coffee, it can't cook or clean, or do the laundry.

On the few instances I have needed help, the support provided via the phone has been clear, helpful and far more than that I have been used to from other support providers. You have no idea how welcome that is. The initial demonstration was comprehensive and easily understood, your staff certainly know their stuff. I have noticed that you have now got my machine as a 15 needle, that is causing me considerable angst, as I want to add to my collection. My house unfortunately hasn't got rubber walls, so I shall have to examine what bits of useless items like kitchens and bedrooms I can rid myself of to house both machines.

Dear Joy's.

It has now been a few months since we have purchased our PF1501 and I feel it is important to give you some feedback which is essential in business in order for all parties to know how everyone else feels.

From the first point of contact with Joy's (the web) I found it informative, open, transparent and easy to use and in the first instance answered all my initial questions.

As our interest progressed and contact was made with the sales office we knew that we were on to something special in that all questions, regardless of how stupid they were, were answered patiently, fully and frequently (I am sure we asked the same question several times) and everyone always made us sound intelligent as if we knew what we were talking about.

By March / April 2008 (or before) we will be back for a multihead.

Hi,

After setting up a new business earlier this year in Ireland I travelled to a Print wear Exhibition in Birmingham where I met the staff of Joys Embroidery. It is at this point I made the decision to purchase an embroidery machine as I felt confidant in the promises I was made with regards to the machines ability to produce quality product and training I would receive. 5 months down the line I now have my machine and have received my training, and everything I was promised I have received and a lot more. I feel confidant in knowing that any problems I may have in the near future (if any) can be resolved with a phone call or visit to your company in the UK. Hopefully some time in the near future my business will expand and if it does I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Joy's Embroidery in fact they would be the first phone call I would make.

Just a few lines to thank you for the ongoing support you are giving us.

When we collected the machine back in late May we were very busy with other aspects of our business and despite having a new machine to play with we were unable to give it much attention. However during the last couple of weeks we have managed to create a design, digitise it ourselves and embroider our first samples. The results of which are most encouraging.

Thank you so much for the help that you gave me this morning. As my machine whirrs happily

away beside me I have, once again cause to be so thankful for the amazing after-sales service

that you provide. To phone me 'out of hours' in order to solve the problem is certainly way

beyond the call of duty but was another example of one of the things which marks your company

out as being so exceptional.

From the moment I first telephoned to enquire about the machine nothing was too much trouble

and the whole process of launching into a new business has been made so much less terrifying by

the re-assurance and support of your team.

My initial training session, which was I believe, supposed to be four hours, turned out to be nearer

six as Gwyneth and Tom left no stone unturned to make sure that I was happy with my machine

before I left.

Fortunately, I have had few problems with it but on the two occasions I have anxiously telephoned

for help, I have been carefully talked through the solution without being made to feel that I was

incompetent, or wasting your time. In fact, the experience has been more like talking to a friend!

I have enthused about your company to all who have been dragged down to my 'shed' to admire

my machine and will have no hesitation in continuing to do so. It is unusual to find a company who

take such care of their customers and I don't think I could have been given better service had I

been placing a major order rather than buying just one machine.
